Maybe fighting for something
Or does taking a life prove our own
Maybe when we suffer it makes us human
Or when we make others happy
Maybe it is our faith
Or our intelligence
But is it really anyone of these things that make us human and not animal?
Or is it all of these together
Maybe just maybe it’s not what we do or don’t do that makes us human
But what we feel and think when we do these things.
